Garnett Returns for Tilt with Answer's Pistons

After a one-game, league-imposed suspension, Kevin Garnett returns to the court tonight to face the Pistons.

Kevin Garnett returns to the Celtics' lineup tonight, and the Detroit Pistons are in town to welcome him back in a clash between Eastern Conference powers at the TD Banknorth Garden.

And while the first Celtics-Pistons matchup was a Boston blowout just days after Detroit dealt for Allen Iverson, Doc Rivers and company expect a much better opponent this time around, now that they've had some time to get their act together.

"They'll be better than the night we played them," Rivers said of the C's 88-76 win on November 9 in Detroit, a game that wasn't as close as the final score would indicate.

Kia Walking School Bus

The Boston Celtics teamed up with Kia Motors today to encourage Boston Public School students to increase their exercise by walking to school. Celtics players Tony Allen and Brian Scalabrine led a group of students in East Boston to the James Otis Elementary School in the form of a walking school bus. After arriving at the school, a special assembly was held for all students at which the Celtics players spoke to the students about the importance of being physically active to maintain a healthy mind and body.
